Hi! I've been lurking for quite a while now so I thought I would finally introduce myself. My name is Kaitlyn and DH is Lawrence. I'm a first grade teacher and DH is in law school. We got married in May 2010 in Surf City, NC. We currently live in Lillington but will be closing on our new house in Zebulon this month! Wow that feels like a lot of personal info! Any questions, just ask! I look forward to getting to know you ladies.

DH's grandparents use to have a beach house down in Surf City, and the families still frequent that area each summer! I love going down there, even if we're just camping for the weekend.
Congrats on your impending house purchase, I bet you'll have a lot of fun making it your own. What's it like? (generically speaking)
Thanks for the welcomes! I'm glad to see some more teachers. This is my first year teaching so I may come looking for some advice sometime.
Elissa, it has been challenging with my DH in law school. We got married in May and then he started in August. I'm doing my best with supporting him but I always hate seeing him so stressed!
Terp, our house is 3 bedroom, 2 baths with a bonus room upstairs. We had the builder fence in the backyard as part of our offer and I'm so glad we did.We have 2 dogs, a boxer and a golden retriever. They need the room to run! We had our walk through today and I'm even more excited!
