Anaheim vs. Disneyland:(
Turns out that Ms.Miley Cyrus had her birthday party at Disneyland on Sunday, so us lucky Anaheim residents were given the party favor of having to hear her WRETCHED music and her firework display until 12:15 in the a.m.
WTF????
NO consideration at all from D-land. Not a letter, a warning, or email...NOTHING! My neighbors were fuming! How can you sleep through what sounds like WWIII outside?? You can't!
Well, the petitions have started...thank you Gawd...and it's about time that Disneyland be forced to have some consideration for their residents. I am totally cool with the 9:30 p.m. night explosions but c'mon 11:30 on a Sunday????? F'n ridiculous!

We were irritated about it, too. We went to Disneyland on Sunday (about noon) and the parking attendant handed us a little slip of paper saying that Disneyland was going to close at 5 PM for Miley's Sweet 16. Luckily, we have annual passes so it wasn't going to be a waste of money for us. Also, California Adventure was going to be open until 11 PM.
But, I felt so bad for people who came from out of town and planned their vacation only for D-land to close at 5 PM. At least give a Park Hopper for the day for the price of one park (which they didn't).
