Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Frustrated!!!
Ok, so I guess if you want to get ahead in a company you can't be a.) a woman, b.) a non-smoker. I feel like Rachel in Friends! All the decisions and information is given on smoke breaks!!! But it's soooo nasty and a waste of my time when I am working to advance the company. URRGGGGGGGG I hate corporate america. Just throwing that out there.
