When did you meet your H? We met June 2006
How did you meet him? We met Line Dancing. My BFF invited some of her friends and also some of her co-workers. He showed up and so did I.
How soon after did you start dating? We started seeing each other in August 2006 but didn't officially start dating until November 2006
How long had you been dating when you got engaged? We had known each other for 2 years. He proposed June 28, 2008.
How long was your engagement? 2 years, 1 month and 3 days. Married July 31,2010

When did you meet your H? January 17, 2007
How did you meet him? I was at a bar with my MOH, her FI, my MOH's sister and my ex, and DH was the doorman/security/bouncer at the bar. Since he knew MOH's FI, and my ex I was able to get in b/c I was not 21 yet. I was already broken up with my ex (he went back to his ex from before me) and we were friends. The whole night I was eyeing the guy at the door. I asked my MOH to find out if he was single and interested. B/C DH knew MOH's FI and my ex she had no problem walking up to him and asking his deal. As the bar was closing that night he approached me, and we starting talking...
How soon after did you start dating? The next day after meeting him, DH, Myself and my MOH met up for coffee, and we decided on a double date to the movies the following Saturday (in 2 days). That Saturday myself, DH, my MOH and her FI all went to dinner and a movies. The next night DH and myself went on a date just the two of us. Technically we started dating on our first date.

How did you meet him? We worked together and met playing on the company softball team. We played next to each other in the outfield and picked on each other the entire game. We went out to lunch a few days later.

How did you meet him? We met at a concert. I had sent out an e-mail to a bunch of friends, and one friend forwarded it to her friend that she knew loved this band. Everyone thought we already knew each other, b/c we were friends with the same group of friends for 3-4 years. But- I didn't meet him til the end of the night! I almost left before the band we both liked came on b/c it was so smokey (before the total smoking ban was in place in Chicago). I ended up driving him to his car that night.
How soon after did you start dating? We started dating the first weekend in May of 2007. Our mutual friend had actually set him up with another one of her friends in between!
How long had you been dating when you got engaged? We dated for about 18 months, broke up for about 11 months, started dating again, and were engaged 2 months later.

How did you meet him? We both put up Craigslist personal ads...Well, his twin bro put up his and a friend prompted me to put up mine. He got nothing but responses from cougars, so his bro decided to look at the women's ads and sent him mine. He emailed me,and then we emailed for about a week. He was the only person I responded to out of 100 emails. Our first date was coffee a week later.

How did you meet him? On facebook. As he'll tell you, I "stalked" him. I had been trying online dating for about the millionth time that year with still no success, and I had just joined fb and was quickly addicted. At that time it let you do a search for people with similar interests so I searched looking for a relationship. When I found him he had a great smile, gorgeous eyes, and he said he was single but actively looking so I figured what the heck and sent him a message. He relplied and the rest is history.
How soon after did you start dating? We talked on fb for about three weeks (since it was right around Christmas), and had our first live meeting/date on January 10, 2009. An hour after we parted he texted me and said, "Is it next time yet?"
