All the important people know. Really I was just afraid of telling the owner because of his sexist attitude. After he passed away, his daughter took over as CEO. She's a mom of two and way easier to talk to. I told her the first day she was in the office and all she said was "oh that's so exciting! Congrats!". She's the one that is letting me work from home again.
