I feel so weird celebrating being laid off, when so many people are struggling with jobs and finances and everything. And I'm going to be poor, but I'd much rather be poor and happy than comfortable and miserable.
I haven't been this happy to go to work, knowing I never have to come back, since my first week here, when I was full of hope.
And that should tell you everything. Don't feel guilty. This is the start of a new chapter. It's all good!
