I just read recently that she's finishing up #11 and only plans for 1 more book, then she's ready to be finished. Boo

I started Water for Elephants a couple weeks ago but haven't had time to read lately. I really want to finish it before the movie.

I read that and was also really bummed. I know it's totally unrealistic but ideally I'd like every series I read to continue for a really long time, have a new book out every 2-3 months, and have the love interest aspect of the story develop rather quickly compared to how long they usually take. For the record, I am well aware that these are completely delusional/unreasonable expectations.

I have it sitting on my bookshelf, but haven't had a chance to start it yet.  Maybe tomorrow!  I am looking forward to it though based on the summary on GR.

I'm currently reading Fourth Comings by Megan McCafferty, although I'm not as into it as I was the earlier books so I'm dragging my feet a little in finishing it.

Next up is either The Girl Who Played with Fire, or Committed (same author as eat, pray, love). Or a whole slew of other options depending on my mood...

WHOA. This book is graphic, just fair warning. I'm about 50 pages in and don't mind gore and I'm pretty disturbed. Just a heads up!
