Happy (?) Valentine's Day
So, Ryan was sick ALL weekend, with a fever on and off (and coughing and congestion and all the usual fun). We finally thought he was better today, and so he went to daycare. Mike went down on this lunch break to check in on him. Ryan was fine while he was there, but as soon as Mike got back to work, the daycare called him to say his fever came back. So Mike had to go back, pick him up and is now on his way to the doc (they said we should bring him in if the fever came back again today).
Oh, and I have to work late today and get to have a "special valentine's dinner" with my co-workers.
Is it Friday yet? 
So cheer me up - anybody having a good Valentine's Day? Anybody have a particularly good weekend?

my weekend was boring although Brady and Nolan (MrsNolan's DS) got to hang out!
Hahaha, the cat is much better. We think she was feeling our anxiety. Very empathetic kitty. She calmed down once we had our beer in hand.
Aw, sounds like the little guys had a fun play date! Can't wait till Ryan is old enough to join them.Awww, poor DD.
Practically every friend of mine who has a kid has said their kid is sick right now, too. It's insanity! Fingers crossed that dinner is in your immediate future!
Poor Ryan, I hope he feels better soon. There is a ton of stuff going around lately, my office is full of people who should be staying home and not coming to work!
My weekend was pretty boring, with the exception of Saturday night, I would Sat, then went to Oregano's with SIL & BIL and had a blast! Then Sunday I had all these grand pans when I woke up then i stood up and a massive headache attached me! So I spent Sunday trying every natural way I know to get rid of the thing but had to finally break at 6 pm and take Tylenol.
Today I went and got CJ's gift (part of yesterda's grand plan hehe) and then home to relax until we go out to dinner laster

The FI and I actually went to La Jolla, CA this weekend with his brother and SIL for a little Valentine's weekend getaway. While there we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, by far my favorite restaurant ever, and had a few wonderful walks on the beach.
Today FI had to work a 10 hour shift and is currently driving 3 hours to get to his job down by Yuma so I am still waiting for him to get home...but I did make him an "abc's of why I love you" book that I can't wait to give him when he walks in. I got the idea from some ladies on a previous post!

Also, a walk on the beach sounds AMAZING to me right now. We need a beach in AZ.
I got him that movie Dinner for Schmucks (sp) and the some reeses peanut butter cabdy bars, pop corn and sour patch candy, so like a little "date night on the couch" He loved it!
He got me flowers and two onesies one that say "I Love Mommy" and another that says "VIP - Mom's my agent" It was so sweet
I got Mike some reeses peanut butter candy bars too, hehehe.
The onesies sound adorable!
hehehe, I think it is funny how excited CJ gets over reeses! It is like the gift that never fails! haha
i hope baby ryan is feeling better!! so sad to hear when babies arent feeling well.
we had an awesome weekend and valentine's day! on friday i walked in the house and there was some beautiful flowers in the family room with a trail of rose petals going up the stairs...i have never ran up the stairs soo fast before LOL. there was a gift box with socks in it and a note the said 'you'll need to dress comfortable and wear socks.' alex came home about 20 mins after my discovey and we went bowling that night. (our 1st offical date ever was bowling.)
saturday we went for a nice walk and out for coffee with our puppers. once we got back home alex said to press play on the dvd player...he got me season 3 and 4 of desperate housewives (my most fav show ever!). we spent the rest of the evening watching it!! for dinner, i ordered pizza and had them put the toppings in the shape of a heart!
sunday we went hiking up to dreamy draw and enjoyed a picinic lunch. it was sooo beautiful out!!
monday i woke up to more flowers!! we did our gift exchange, spent the whole day together and had a 4 course wonderful dinner at home!!
OMG, wow! That's one heck of a hubby you've got!
