  • Hey Manny!  l've been around.  The board has been so slow I haven't been on much.  How are you doing these days Miss?
  • Doing good, can't complain. I love your new picture!!!! :-)
Any luck switching over to accounting?

  • I've actually just started actively trying.  Still no luck.  I've applied at like 20 places though and may have an interview this week.  We'll see how it goes.  Its really hard when you've been away for so long.  All my friends from college are in Public Accounting and I wanted to try and stay away from that.
  • I am here too, just so busy during the work day and I don't do computer stuff at home since I am in front of it all day.

Things are good though, staying busy lately w/ house hunting - what a chore. Will be glad when that's over and I can finally have my very own house!

How did all your husband's test work out? Did he pass w/ flying colors? :)

All good for you? Have you tried any new yummy recipes lately?

My new pretty quick one is w/ sweet potatoes. You peel them, dice them and coat them in a little olive oil, cayenne pepper and salt and then and roast them in the oven on 425 for about 20 mins. Take them out and drizzle w/ a little honey and lime juice (I usually stir them up and add a little more rock salt). Back in the oven for 5 mins - delish!
