So I ended up ordering this dress:
Cute dress, but it's a size too big. Dammit! Now I have to return it, which is always a hassle. Boo!

No, probably not worth it to get it altered. I might call my seamstress though and she what she says.
I was thinking the same thing about it being too big. I'd definitely rather it be too big than too small.
My Ovulation Chart
I measured myself and went by their measurement chart. It said that I needed to order a size larger than what I normally wear. So I assumed they knew their sizes and would be correct in their measurements. Guess not.
