I love being a wife!!
I know this board is sad right now but I do have some something positive to share on this Valentine's Day. I have to tell you guys how awesome my Valentine's Day was. DH was cooking for me b.c. he has done that since our first Vday together. When I got home, I had a dozen roses on the counter with a sweet card. He got home and had bought my favorite wine. He cooked dinner and we ate in our dining room in our new home for the first time. We had not eaten there yet. Plus we used our wedding china!!! Then, for dessert he had me close my eyes. I heard him opening a box so I thought it was a frozen pie or something. He made me close my eyes. It was chocolate covered strawberries. We hadn't had any since our HM back in July/August so it was really special. I just had to share!! I am a very lucky girl and need to remember my blessings on a bad day!!!

Awww, how sweet! Love that you initiated the new dining room. The first time I ate a meal in my house it really felt like mine. Glad you had a wonderful day!
