What to buy/skip @ Trader Joe's
I saw this today and thought it might be interesting for those of us who shop at Trader Joe's.

Skip: Meat and Produce
Maybe: Bakery items
Buy: Cheese, Staples and Freezer stuff.

I concur. The one exception I have to the meat is the refrigerated chicken sausages -- those are good and inexpensive.
Also stay away from the frozen macarons -- they are $5 a box and I could eat a whole box in one sitting.
