I have always had somewhat unhealthy eating habits. I was the girl in high school (and most of college) that could eat whatever she wanted and not gain wait....no so much anymore. I def. need to start paying closer attention to what I eat (it's not horrible, but could be better.)
I've always wanted to run. I don't love running. I do it very occasionally if I'm really angry about something. And when I do that, I just run until I can't - not healthy. Since it's getting warm here (High of 60 today!) and the snow is FINALLY melting, I'm going to start C25K.
I decided in the last couple days that I want to lose 10-15 pounds by mid-May. I am graduating with my Master's degree on May 14. I am aiming for 10 lbs, but if I hit it easily I will do 15. Thats 3 months - so 3-5 pounds per month. Should be totally doable right?
I'm hoping to have some news to add to the check ins in the next few weeks. ![]()

our goals are identical! I would love to loose 10 lbs in 2 months.. by end of may (which is when I'm in my best friends wedding..) I would like to be 15 lbs lighter.
I want to run and walk more.. (i've always been a dancer.. not a runner) but it got COLD! 60 some last week.. and now there's 4 inches of snow on the ground!
