  • Oh my goodness... the Acorn Squash Feta Casserole sounds friggin' amazing! I know it calls for onions, but I really think I have to try making this. I think I'd have to use a small onion, or maybe swap it out for shallots, but I need to try this.

    OR... you can make it for the next time I see you, lady! Then I don't have to "contaminate" my house with onions... and yet still be able to try it. I just won't kiss Brian that night. He'll live ;)

  • I made the baked lemon chicken Saturday night. Between DH & J, it was GONE. I think I got 4 bites. I'm sure it'll show up on my menu again soon.

  • YAY, so glad everyone liked it Sarah!  I can't make it in my house because Dan doesn't believe in citrus and meat combined.  UGH!

    Alicia, you can totally omit the onions, or use a shallot.  Do make it, it's fanfreakingtastic!  When I was a vegetarian it was on my weekly rotation.
