Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Nervous but Excited
I've had the same job since 2008. I got it as an internship in college, and they never got rid of me. Actually, they have me acting as the "head of the web department" now... which sounds good, except that I have no real training, some of the stuff is way over my head and it my degree is in graphic design, not web design. My boss has no clue how much I do/keep organize/save his butt and pretty much refuses to give raises.
Anywho, I just called a guy at a really big agency in my town. They have positions opened!! I sent him my resume this morning. I haven't done that since I got my current job! I have butterflies in my stomach! It looks like an awesome company. Oh man
