What's popular this year? Anyone planning a party or have suggestions? My little girl has red hair and typically likes to plan her costumes accordingly, so this year we're going to be the Flintstones and of course she makes a perfect Pebbles!

I let Hannah pick her costume this year and she was dead set on being a penguin!  This is the girl who loves nothing more than to dress up like princesses, etc and she wants to be a PENGUIN!    I got her costume and I do have to say she makes a pretty darn cute penguin.  hee hee

I've seen tons of animal themed costumes this year and even saw a pattern for a whole family of penguins! i think it's great you let her help decide what she wants to be. i was forced to be a bunny for several years, a clown for several more, and then a poodle skirt girl until i was too big to go trick-or-treating, never anything too exciting or what i really wanted to be...

I'm not sure what we're doing... we can't decide if we're going to go to our friends' parties that night or stay at home and greet trick or treaters in our neighborhood.  I could possibly convince DH to let me dress up the beagles if we stay at home. :P

Since its on Friday night I am not sure if we are staying at home or going to a party.  I thought about dressing up as Pippy Longstockings.  I got a great tip on how to get my hair to stand out to the sides like hers.    DH never wants to dress up.  I am just a kid at heart.  I love it.

I'm doing trunk or treat with my 7th grade girls (I help coordinate a small group) at my church, and since we're doing the study Bad Girls of the Bible, we decided to be Honeys of the Bible... So we're all dressing up as honey bees and borrowing my mom's vw bug to fix up as the queen bee! ha!

Dh dosen't like dressing up plus I may have to work =(. I was excited to see if we got any trick or treaters in our new house. I may dress up my doggie hehe.

We are going to a party with some friends.  DH is dressing up as Elvis and I am going as Madonna circa the vogue years.  I know they don't go together but DHs team at work dresses up as a team and this year they chose Elvis and I don't want to be Lisa Marie.  I love Halloween though!!!!

I'm cheap, so I'm going as Sarah Palin.  I'll just put on a suit i had and pull my hair back and wear the signature glasses.
