What SHOULD you be doing ...

That you're not?

Everyone has that one thing that they know they SHOULD do, but just can't bring themselves to do it. 

Mine, for example, is eating healthier. I know I SHOULD give up refined sugar, white flour, cheese and dairy. I've done it before and felt SO GOOD. But ... I just can't seem to right now. 

What is it for you?

  • I was going to say folding clothes, because I was thinking of what I should be doing right this second instead of browsing the internet. BUT..in life...I should be excercising more. I've been thinking of walking for a couple days, and I'm using the weather as an excuse, when there is a perfect good tredmill in the garage!!

  • I should be upping my exercise a little before the baby comes, but with all this cold air and the fact that I just got over being sick, I'm not in the mood.
  • I should be organizing my office more just in case I have to go on leave early, but everything is still a disaster. This former file clerk has gotten horrible at keeping up with filing.

  • Definitely establishing a regular exercise routine. I have struggled with this for years. I just do not have the motivation and always find that there are other things I need/want to do instead.
  • I SHOULD be training better for my marathon in July. But I've been too busy and not dedicated enough. :(

    I also SHOULD be eating healthier and I SHOULD NOT be spending $ on needless things like a cute shirt at Target!

  • All of the above! But seriously, having an exercise regimen that I actually stick to would be the best. I try to be active at least a few days a week but I should push myself more and be more strict about it.

  • Finish changing to my married name. Seriously. This is embarassing. Let's just say I've been married for way too long to not have finished this by now. I don't know what my deal is.

    I've changed my driver's license and SS #, and the joint CC I actually use has been changed, but not with any of the credit cards I don't use anymore, my old bank account, my student loans, or anything to do with either car we have. Or any other place I'm forgetting. It's bad. I need to do it. But it's a pain. Maybe this week...

    If you have a solid mileage per week base going, you can still train in 16-18- weeks just sayin'.

  • Reading for school. I'm brain dead right now.
  • Exercising more, definitely. I've got this afternoon off, I was already at work (where the gym is) and I missed yoga AND my usual workout. But I just want to be lazy and sleep!

  • I should be taking yoga because my doctor keeps recommending it for muscle tension headaches. That and getting cardio. We're good on the weight lifting, but getting cardio is harder in winter.
