As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Make a list of items you want to discuss (bullet points) and your reasoning behind them. Be as factual and matter of fact as you can.
Sometimes these conversations can get emotional; this type of preparation has always saved me.
I will absolutely do this. If she demotes me again like her Dad did, I will most definitely cry. My biggest fear is that she'll say they don't really need a 3rd rep in this territory and make me go back to just hearing prep - which is starting to drive me insane.
