Princess Aurora/Sleeping Beauty Party
My niece wants a Princess Aurora theme birthday for her next birthday in March. I thought I would try to help my SIL out with some party supplies but I cannot find any party supplies (paper plates, etc.) with JUST Princess Aurora/Sleeping Beauty. I don't want all the princesses, just her. I have found a mylar balloon on Amazon and some invites at Party City, but has anyone seen party supplies anywhere or done this theme party? Any help is appreciated = )

I love this party idea. My husband proposed to me in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle at Disneyland and I walked down the aisle to "Once Upon A Dream," so I clearly have a soft spot for Aurora.
I haven't seen supplies anywhere, but here are my suggestions:
1) Get plain pink and plain blue plates. Mix them up in the stack so they alternate, just like her dress does at the end of the movie.
2) Check out Target, Michaels, or your local craft/scrapbook store for Disney stickers and embellishments. I know they have a lot with just Aurora. You can add these to pink paper bags to make treat sacks and/or to plain white invitations to make them Aurora themed. Here's some examples of what I'm talking about:
3) I second the idea for checking Disney store for a costume. They aren't cheap (usually $65 if you buy it from Disney), but you'd probably win the aunt of the year award if you bought it for her to wear at the party.
4) If you have three adult women involved (you, niece's mom, and ?), you could be Flora, Fauna, and Merriweather. You don't necessarily have to do costumes -- you could just do t-shirts in their colors with the name painted on them.
Please come back and share pictures of the final turn out!
Not sure on party supplies, but what about just doing color themed plates and such. Maybe get some stickers to put on the cups or something?
As for the cake.... do a barbie princess cake. I just did this one for my niece and it was a hit. They are surprisingly easy to make.

You could obviously decorate it more like one of the princesses you have mentioned. (To do candles around a cake like this, I used fondant in decorating the cake so I took small balls of fondant and pushed a candle in them, then sent them up around the front of the cake)
