Hi :) Howell question..
Hi everyone! I am a former Knottie and this is my first time on The Nest.
Hubby & I were married in August and have started house hunting! We are looking in Howell and are actually making an offer tomorrow on a house in the Woodstone Development. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about the area. It's one thing to read about the statistics & things like that online but another to hear about things from actual residents! I don't have specific questions really so any info would be nice ... one thing we were curious about, particularly in Woodstone, is what kind of ppl live there ... younger, older or mixed crowd? We are in our upper 20's and don't have kids yet but someday hopefully will!
We are moving from Linden so I am expecting a different world! Very excited for it

You might want to try posting this on the North/Central Jersey board. I think Howell is more Central Jersey.
But I can give general advice as to getting a better feel for then neighborhood. When we were buying our house, someone suggested we drive or walk around the development at different times of the day/week. It could give you an idea of the noise level, if there are a lot of kids, if a lot of people are home during the day, etc.
We just drove around once or twice but if you're outgoing and walk, you might even get a chance to chat with some off the neighbors.
