Descanso or the Huntington?
Which garden would you visit for Mother's Day? We are thinking of taking our 18 mo old. My sis lives in LA.

I love the Huntington. It's beautiful and huge. And I might be a little biased, because I live walking distance away
Also, Pasadena has a TON of places to eat (any food you can think of) very near by.
To be fair, I haven't been to Descano, but even before I lived here, I loved the Huntington
This is what I was thinking. If money were no object, I would do one of the Mother's Day dining options at the Huntington (the Gourmet Country Basket looks fabulous!).
But I like to be frugal, so I would probably opt for Descanso (or the Arboretum).
