What prenatal yoga DVD are you using? I want to go ahead and get one now so I can practice before I'm actually pregnant. Also - did you do yoga before or were you new to it? I have no idea what I'm doing so I'm looking for one that's beginner for sure.

Re: *Madame*
Honestly, I would get a basic beginner yoga video for now, I have this one:
AM & PM Yoga
What's great about that one is there are 2 20 minute exercises, one for the morning and one for the evening. They take basically no time and really get you ready for the day/going to bed. It's super basic.
The Prenatal yoga felt too basic in the first trimester (even moreso than the video above), now it's great for stretching though. So you could use the one above until well into your first trimester and then switch to the prenatal. I've never taken a formal class though if you can I would recommend it so that you can make sure you have the right form and don't hurt yourself, even if you just take a couple classes. The prenatal dvd I got is this one:
