Monday and it is sooo Foggy
Wow. Looking out my office window in the 5th floor, and it still looks so gray out there! At least it's not snowing yet! I remember when I was little, every year I would ask for snow on my birthday. I don't remember that it ever happened. Now that I'm older, there is a chance for snow today and I don't want it!! Go figure.
It is also President's Day.... is any one lucky enough to have the day off?
Did you have a 3 day/good weekend?

It is also President's Day.... is any one lucky enough to have the day off? I'm not! I am still hoping to leave a little early since my mom is making me a birthday dinner and cake, even though I don't live at home anymore
How cute is she? Love my mom
Did you have a 3 day/good weekend? I had a 2 day weekend, as usual. Saturday, DH brought our dog out to visit the horses with my mom and I. Trevor was very scared of the big animals, but Velvet loved him. She wanted him to play with her. She followed him all the way around the arena with her nose down by him. It was adorable! DH's parents took us out to lunch Sunday after church and we got to see our little nephew. He's starting to talk and he smiles so muchIt is also President's Day.... is any one lucky enough to have the day off? We technically have it off, but I'm in the office today. The end of the month is always busy for us and this month especially since it's also a major department deadline, so I'm here catching up on some things. Plus I was out of the office 2.5 days last week and will be out on Friday & Monday.
Did you have a 3 day/good weekend? I was sick with the flu. I left work early on Wednesday and today is the first day that I feel pretty much normal (aside from my lingering cough). So my weekend was full of laying in bed and doing nothing - which drove DH crazy.
It is also President's Day.... is any one lucky enough to have the day off? No, I have to leave for my class shortly. I am hoping to be getting a call about an interview for a GA (graduate assistant) position today...but DH had off so he's home hanging out and make steaks for lunch (since I won't be home until after dinner time!)
Did you have a 3 day/good weekend? Technically, I always have a 3-day weekend, since I'm off classes on Friday....but yeah, it was nice. Too busy in some ways, but hoping since I don't have to do the competition thing this weekend it'll ease up can I can catch up on some much needed rest!
I do have the day off!!! Yeah!! DH was supposed to but his school where he teaches is making up a snow day today. Luckily, my school district is not!
I had a great weekend, celebrating my birthday, and spending time with DH, family, and friends. Today my to do list is waiting and I am surfing the net so far....
I have the day off too! Although I am supposed to be getting tons of backed up work done, but none of that has been touched so far.
My weekend was pretty good, but overshadowed by the stress of student teaching stuff I need to get done. DH and I did have a nice date on Saturday night...we went to church and then dinner at a nice restaurant. :-)
