Need a new Pedi
I also posted this on St.L BOTB, but figured some of your probably aren't on that board. DH and I are looking for a new pedi b/c we can't stand DS's. He's a jackass IMO, the only reason we stayed 1 year is b/c he's SOO close to our house (literally 7 minutes away), and we really loved his NP. We'll, when we went for our 1 year appt last week, the NP told us that she gave notice and is leaving to stay home with our kids. We'd like a pedi south (so Jeff Co, So Co) and being pro-attachment parenting would be a HUGE plus (which seems rare).

I take my kids to Preferred Pediatrics. They are on Von Talge Rd--right off of Lindbergh. It is actually right behind the Lazy Boy store.
My kids see Dr. Christopher Wilson. The other 3 doctors there are awesome as well. the staff is amazing and they are really good about getting you in right away.
I am not sure about the pro-attachment parenting issue.

DS has had a ton of colds so far, jaundice until he was 3 months, yeast infection so there has been a lot of times I've called up (Yes, I'm THAT Mom!) and they have had me come in that day for a last minute appointment.
I'm not sure about the pro-attachment parenting either. But Dr. Wilson has always listened to my questions and concerns (and crazy things I read on here) and has answered my questions and put my mind at ease.

I also take my son to Preferred Pediatrics. He sees Dr. George Anderson. Like the previous poster said, they can always get you in last minute and the staff is extremely friendly.
I take DS to Dr. Megan McBride of Fenton Pediatrics at 141/Bowles (behind the Culvers)...she, and her practice, came very highly recommended on this site when i was looking...we went and met with her and just absolutely love her. I feel like i can ask her any "dumb" question i want and she's so patient and understanding. their number is 636-717-1340. Dr. Rezabek is also in the office, and also comes very highly recommended, but i haven't seen him. You'd love her! I'm not sure what attachment parenting is, so i can't comment on that part.
