I need some new ideas for what to eat for breakfast and lunch while at work.
Right now, I eat one Nutri-grain waffle with a tbsp of peanut butter and a half an ounce of raisins for breakfast. It's good, but I get bored with eating the same thing everyday.
For lunch, I eat either soup or get a wrap from the deli in the cafeteria. I have a lot more options with the soup, but I'd still like some other ideas.
So, what does everyone eat for breakfast and lunch at work?

Re: Breakfast and Lunch
Breakfast is either a quick egg sandwich (takes about 5 minutes total.)
Over-hard egg
1/2 slice cheddar cheese
toasted Sandwich Thin
2 slices turkey bacon
I wrap it in a paper towel, throw it in a small rubbermaid container, and toss it in my purse. I just microwave it for about 15 seconds when I get to work. Way healthier (and cheaper!) than an Egg McMuffin, and it keeps me full forever thanks to the protein.
orrr I have some Greek Yogurt (Yoplait's got a new line that's delicious and way cheaper) with a TBL of honey and some granola.

oops... re: lunch
Usually I bring leftovers (H and I have been trying really hard to eat out/order in less.) If not, then a quick sandwich or I grill some chicken and throw it on a salad.

I usually have cereal before I leave for work then a yogurt shortly after I get there.
For lunch, I try to have left-over too. If not then a cheese sandwich, pickle and a piece of fruit. Or I go get a salad with lots of different veggies and some shredded cheese.
For breakfast I bring in two mini whole wheat bagels and have a jar of PB at my desk. If I am really hungry then I have a banana or some sort of fruit, but not usually.
Lunch is usually leftovers or a sandwich. Today I have a salad with the perdue baked chicken tenders as my protein and a yogurt.
I usually eat a bowl of honey nut cheerios before work or oatmeal. Then for lunch, a sandwich or leftovers. Sometimes I go home for lunch and eat cereal again. I love cereal though...
