WW Accountability: Week 1

So, I have been completely ridiculous about my health lately. Eating what I want, exercising when I want, etc. If I could avoid the sweets/junk and start regularly exercising, that would be one thing. But I can't, so it's not.

I'm going to try to start WW again. I love the idea of Points Plus, where more emphasis is placed on the quality of your food (vs the points value). And I've got absolutely no excuse not to work out, since I've got a great plan, a gym right upstairs and time in my day.

I just need some sort of accountability, so I'm going to try to do it here. Feel free to join in or ignore me, or add your two cents on how I'm living my life. :)

I'm starting out at 200 lbs (my most recent lowest weight was 186 about a year ago). I'm 5'8". I camouflage the weight well. :) I've got a jar of candy on my desk, so that's probably not great. But I've committed to vegetarian lunches 4x/week, so that's something.

I would like to get a solid workout in 3x/week (a mile on the treadmill and 30 minutes of strength-training). Eventually, I'd like to cut out one small food excess each week, but this week I'm settling for a commitment to tracking what I eat.

We'll see what happens next Monday!
