I've been tinkering with this baked cauliflower recipe and I think I finally got something we both love.
We broke the cauliflower into extra small pieces, added a little seasoning salt to the bread crumbs (a little goes a long way), and some extra oregano (they were already seasoned) and flipped them half way through so they were extra brown. Yum.
(I made them last night with Pioneer Woman's hot crash potatoes. The farmers market was selling these teeny tiny lollipop size potatoes. Oh, the yellow potatoes were good that way!)
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

Re: Recipe rave
Do you use seasoned breadcrumbs? I don't buy regular breadcrumbs because I see no point...The italian seasoned ones are delicious! Then I would think you wouldn't need to season them with the additional salt.
I've actually always steamed my cauliflower until it's pretty soft and then put a little butter and seasoned breadcrumbs in it anyway so this recipe might be perfect for me! Thanks!
Yes, I used seasoned breadcrumbs. The Italian kind. Then I added more oregano and seasoning salt because it needed a little something more.
