Pregnancy Workout Classes
I live in Manchester. Am clearly gaining more weight than I should be. Are there any classes anywhere in Southern NH for prego's? I mean, if they aren't too expensive would totally be willing to drive a little bit to get to one.
I'm only 7 weeks today, but am so tired all the time. I think that working out should help with a lot of the different changes our bodies are going through! ;-)
Also looking to pep up the NH forum boards.

The Y has some good swim classes.
Also check out Nini Bambini has some good classes.
Try not to worry too much about your weight gain, unless your OB is concerned, it's not really something you can control.
