Okay, cyko chicken did it again!
Carbonnade a la Flamande (better known in some circles as squirrel...HAAAHHAHAHAHA) is fanfuckingtastic! Make it people, I insist. Dan was in heaven. I served over mashed taters with some green beans. Would be great over rice too. HEAVEN!!

OMG, Mike & I had this in Brussels, and I've been trying to find a good dupe recipe. I think I've found my meal for Friday!
And, I'm curious, why squirrel?
Actually, it goes back even further.
Erin posted that she was making it one night on FB and I asked her what the hell carbonnade a la flamande was, and she told me it was squirrel. It's now a little joke of ours. That's why I told Mel it was squirrel!!
LOL!
