I read in another post you are closing on your first house...since DH and I just put an offer in ourselves tonight, I'm curious what your situation was?
Did you have competition, or was it a foreclosure, reg sale, etc? How many had you offered on prior to this property? I'm just being nosy basically and trying to get someone else's experience. I've been on the buying a house boards, but mainly as a lurker.
I heart this board however...and would value your thoughts on the whole process.
