Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

{Raising my hand}. Any word on when they are going to resolves the issues that those of us with "unusual characters" in our screennames are having? I'm seeing complaints on this all over the Nest. No response from the email I sent to the Knot IT dept.
I'd be willing to change my SN to AlmostLoCo without the space if I could get someone to help/respond to me.
