1. Do you poop in public restrooms?  If no, why?
2. Do you full-on sit on the toilet, or do you hover?
3. Do you prefer paper towels to dry your hands, or the dryer (assuming you wash your mits)?
4. Do you always use the same stall?
5. Do you giggle when you hear someone fart?

I hate public restrooms. I typically avoid them at all costs. That said:

1. Do you poop in public restrooms?  If no, why? Not unless its an emergency. I guess mainly b/c it's private to me and the public restrooms are public.
2. Do you full-on sit on the toilet, or do you hover? Hover
3. Do you prefer paper towels to dry your hands, or the dryer (assuming you wash your mits)? Paper towels. I HATE dryers regardless of the environmental benefits.
4. Do you always use the same stall? Funny, but yes, if possible.
5. Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? No, b/c I feel sorry for them because I know it's embarassing.

1. Do you poop in public restrooms?  If no, why? Yes.  If I have to go, then I have to go.  If some one is in there, then I try to be really quiet and sometimes cough or something to mask the splash.
2. Do you full-on sit on the toilet, or do you hover? If it looks clean, then I sit.  I don't have good balance and hovering could be a disaster.
   
3. Do you prefer paper towels to dry your hands, or the dryer (assuming you wash your mits)? I like paper towels unless it is the new dryer that is like super sonic turbo speed.  Regular dryers just don't get my hands dry.
   
4. Do you always use the same stall? Most of the time, unless it's dirty.
   
5. Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? Sadly, I will have to admit that I giggle to myself when I hear farts.  Farts are on my list of things that are always funny.  Yes, it's embarrassing, but I'm sure I have farted at some point and provided a giggle to someone else.

5. Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? Not if it's dh, that sends me running for the hills usually. Stranger probably.

This question makes me giggle, because my attitude has totally changed since I started my job.

I work with small deaf children, and many of my coworkers also happen to be deaf as well.  The whole concept of bodily noises being embarrassing is foreign to many here.  It's not necessarily that they don't realize those things make sound--sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.  It's more like, "why the eff would you care if it makes a sound?"

I no longer have real embarrassment about bathroom noises (at least at work), because a) chances are anyone else in the bathroom with me won't hear it anyway, and b) if they do hear it, they won't care.

 

To answer the only question I feel strongly about:  I absolutely HATE hand dryers.  Please give me a paper towel.

1. Do you poop in public restrooms?  If no, why? Does my work  bathroom count? Because I go every single day =p I had issues as a child so I try to avoid holding it any longer than necessary. If I am out in a restaurant or something, only if it is a total emergency. Even then I will try and find a Starbucks because they have individual bathrooms so more privacy
   
   
2. Do you full-on sit on the toilet, or do you hover? If I'm just going for a quick pee then hover, but if I have to go #2 then I grab a seat cover if available AND build a nice little nest.

4. Do you always use the same stall? At work, usually, but there are only two stalls so not a big deal. Out in public, I try and find one with the smallest amount of hover pee as possible.
   
   
5. Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? Kind of to myself. Farts are funny, shoot me.

If there is no pee on the seat when I go in, there is no pee on the seat when I leave.  I'm not about to clean up someone else's pee in a public bathroom.

Do you poop in public restrooms? If no, why? At work yes, becasue they clean them at least twice daily. Other than that,  only if I really can't hold it.

Do you full-on sit on the toilet, or do you hover? Depends on the bathroom, work and other nice clean bathrooms I'll sit.  If it looks even a little dirty, I'll hover. 

Do you prefer paper towels to dry your hands, or the dryer (assuming you wash your mits)? Paper towels.  Then I also have something to use to open the door so I don't have to touch the yucky handle.

Do you always use the same stall? at work yes, other places no.

Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? Sometimes yes, ok fairly often I will giggle to myself or at least smile.  I am a 12yr old boy and still laugh at farts.

1. Do you poop in public restrooms? If no, why? Only if it's a dire emergency.  In fact, I usually make Drew take me home if I have to poo while we're out.
2. Do you full-on sit on the toilet, or do you hover? I sit, but I ALWAYS wipe the seat first.  This does two things.  Not only does it clean the seat, but it forces me to make sure that there's actually toilet paper in the holder so I don't get stuck in an awkward situation.
3. Do you prefer paper towels to dry your hands, or the dryer (assuming you wash your mits)? Paper towels because those dryers take forrrrrever to dry my hands.
4. Do you always use the same stall? I try not to use the restroom in the same spot for me to use the same stall.  When I worked at my job, the bathroom was a single bathroom, but it was right in the middle of the office.  Totally awkward if you had to poo!  And the other girls even cheered the first time I pooed there because they were regular pooers while at work and I told them that it would be a long, long time before I actually did that.  I'm so pathetic!

If no, why? I am probably in the minority here, but I prefer a public restroom.  Now, I do not prefer when someone else is in there.  At work, if I have to go and someone is in there I just wash my hands and go to another bathroom. This all stems from a time at a friend's apartment when I used to toilet without knowing it was broken.  So the poor girls had that mess in the toilet until the plumber could come.  At other people's houses I will hold it or leave to go.  At home I only use one of our three toilets because it is this super flush kind.  It's called a Toto Drake...check it out on You Tube, they shove tons of stuff down it.Do you full-on sit on the toilet, or do you hover? I sit, but check for pee first.  Sometimes I use the toilet seat covers or the special spray wash. Do you prefer paper towels to dry your hands, or the dryer (assuming you wash your mits)? Paper towels because the dryers just don't work.  I always wind up using my pants if there are just dryers,Do you always use the same stall? No.  Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? No.  I can talk about pooping all day, but I get all awkward about farting.

3. Do you prefer paper towels to dry your hands, or the dryer (assuming you wash your mits)? Eh, I'm not picky. As long as my hands are dry. I WILL, however, use a paper towel to turn off the faucet and to open the door.
4. Do you always use the same stall? Typically, yes, and it's usually the very first one only because I've been taught that 90% of people go to the second or last one so the first is generally cleaner. I check, though, so if it looks gross I will choose another one.
5. Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? I don't giggle, but I find it kind of gross. I don't know why because it's normal and I'm sure the person couldn't help it but dang! If you feel it coming, flush the toilet or something to cover the sound hahaha

Other than that, paper towel for me. Do you always use the same stall? At work, yes Do you giggle when you hear someone fart? Not at all. Helping patients get on the toilet or bedside commode to go to the bathroom or cleaning someone up after using an incontinence brief gets rid of all qualms about pooping and farting.
