Does anyone here cramp AFTER their period? I know that you can sometimes feel "crampy" during ovulation, but my period ended 4 days ago. That would be sure early to ovulate for me.

Anyone else?

I've gotten cramps randomly before.  Sometimes I thought it may have been food related, but not always.

I often get cramps and nausea the first day or two of my period.  Not before my period, and not after.

It just so happens that today is a cramps from hell day, on a level I haven't seen in years.  It's killing me.

I'm on CD2.

What cycle day are you on? Do you chart? It really helped me to know I'm a late ovulator! You could be an early ovulator!

No, I don't chart although I probably should. I never really had regular periods as a teenager and after I got off of the Depo Provera they were very regular at 28 days. Now it's all wonky...in December I started on the 21st, January was the 18th, and this month the 13th. I can't keep up!

Based on my due date, I must have ovulated around CD6 when we got pregnant, so it is possible!

If I'm understanding this correctly, you would have been on cycle day 11 yesterday.  It's totally possible to ovulate on CD11.

I feel so ignorant regarding charting. I have no idea how to start, how to figure out what CD I am on, etc etc. My period starts at different times every month, so how accurate would it be?? They don't teach us that kind of stuff in nursing school...just sayin! haha
