Support My Niece's Cause
Hi Ladies,
I am sure you all slowly get involved in all the little or large causes your new FILs are supporting. This was actually a rather large surprise to me, but all of DH's nieces and nephews are really engaged in their communities, schools and various causes. From girl scouts, to meals on wheels (yes, hard to believe), to animal shelter volunteering, and "reading is cool" library initiatives. Most of these causes do not involve any money contributions, one in a year will. I hope you don't get offended by my little solicitation here.I often feel that I would like to have more time to support some cause, but have no time to research it, or just keep forgetting about it. If you sometimes feel the same way, here's an occassion. No amount it too small - even $1 goes a long way if enough people give it.
Please support my niece, Katie, in her effort to raise money for the American Heart Association's cause: Jump Rope for Heart! Katie will be jumping rope this Friday at her school in Alpharetta, GA (a town close to Atlanta) I will post pictures as soon as I have them.
