So I just looked up the indoor skating place in St. Louis Park thinking it would be a fun date night with DH. Saturday night is
"Christian Music Night". We listen to
0% Christian music but I really want to take DH rollerblading. I'm wondering if the music would be obnoxiously loud and make skating not fun. Hmmm. Kind of a weird "theme" to have on a Saturday night! Has anyone ever been to this place? It looks totally cheesy but equally totally awesome.

Re: Would you go?
I would go, but on a different night. I have gone to an indoor skating rink a couple times, the music is loud, but the music is my husband?s favorite part.
I'd pick a different night. I'd have more fun skating to music I knew, and that isn't Christian music. Oh yeah, and I have a tendency to swear which is probably frowned upon at Christian events.
Have you been to the Rollerdome at the Metrodome? I think it's still open despite the roof issues. I haven't been in a while but I remember there was music and it was fun.
Tired after a long morning of hiking and swimming.
my read shelf:
I just assumed it was closed but I'll look into that! :-)
I wonder if the amount of people they attract because it IS Christian music is more than they the amount of people they detract.
I think you're all right...we should go a different night.
