If you are just looking for a simple standard will, then you could use legalzoom.com However, depending on your assests you might want to do a trust.

There's a weekly plus deal posted this morning for a living will... not sure if it is exactly what you want, but can't hurt to find out!

We also used legalzoom. I would have liked to have gone through a real, live lawyer and done it, but we sort of ran out of time (and money! ha!), and we wanted to make sure we had something in place before Ryan was born. The most important thing for us was naming a guardian. Our finances are fairly straight-forward, so legalzoom was really easy to use and we feel it's sufficient for now.
hahaha I've been thinking about who I would want to take care of LO if something were to happen to us but I have no idea. How SAD is that?!?!
