As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Follow Up Post Interview
I had a second interview, this time in-person, on Tuesday. It went really well.
I sent my hand written thank you notes and they should have arrived there on Wednesday.
They said I would hear next week as far as the next round of interviews goes. But to feel free to e-mail in the meantime with any questions.
I don't technically have any questions at the moment. But would you try and come up with some just to have that contact before they make their decisions for the next round? Or just trust that the interview and thank you notes were enough?
