Should I add another dish?

Hi ladies :)  I've been lurking here for a while - you all have great ideas! - and have been trying to answer this question on my own -- but I think I'm just too close to the situation to see straight, and so am finally coming to you for your thoughts.

DS's first birthday is the day after DH gets back from 2 weeks out of town. The plan is to keep it simple since I'll be a very pregnant single mother of an 11-month old for the weeks prior! So, we've invited just our immediate families over for cake and icecream at 2:00 -- about 14 people.

I'm still trying to make it festive, though and have ordered some adorable decorations off etsy, etc., etc.  I got a smash cake for DS and cupcakes for everyone else . . .

I know no one will expect food (other than cupcakes) - but, again, I can't help myself :)  So, I'm trying to think of how to do a little something that is "just right" - not too much or too little.

I'm thinking 1) tiny sandwiches - pork tenderloin and goat cheese on Sister Shuberts (so good!), 2) fruit kabobs with dip, and 3) crab dip in phyllo cups, probably served warm.

I'm feeling like another little something should be added, but I can't for the life of me think of what would feel right!  Any thoughts or suggestions?
