Disappointed...

So the job that I interviewed for was supposed to let me know either way by today.  They didn't call, so I am guessing that I didn't get it.   I was trying not to get my hopes up too high, but its still disappointing.  I know there's still a chance, like maybe they were busy or something, but its slim.  I wish money grew on trees so moms didn't have to work to pay the d@mn mortgage.

Aww, that's disappointing. But I suppose if they said they'd call either way and didn't call AT ALL, then maybe they did just get busy or something, and you'll still get a call!

You should call them back and see what their answer is for sure. Then if they have hired someone else they may rethink it because you have shown you are on top of things and actually interested in the position! And if it doesn't work out with the new person they may think of you for the same reasons. It can't hurt because even if you never hear from them again at least you tried!!

Same thing happened to me!

i feel so upset because me and the fiance decided were not going to put an offer in on our condo we had our eye on for ever, and i was told the job would ball me back  this last week and so im getting nervous, im actually right across from it where the fiance works and waiting for the boss to get into work then im calling, i NEED this job
