Alright ladies...DH and I are going to Vegas during March for a couple days (without the kiddo!) and are looking for restaurant reccomendations.
I have been told to check out Bouchon but I am not really that into French food, so I dunno if it really is something we want to go to.
We are thinking about going to Spago one night, is it good?
I am open for suggestions!!!! Anywhere on the strip only please.

Re: Las Vegas Restaurants
have to go to mandalay bay to the Burger Bar.
trevi in the forums shops next to Caesars palace. by the big fountain.
koi & carnegie Delicatessen i heard were good.
DH really liked CarneVino. It's Mario Batali's place at the Venetian.
He also liked Samba. Brazillian BBQ at Mirage.
He likes Pearl. Chinese at MGM.
I'd love to try Rick Moonin's RM Seafood at Manadalay Bay
I haven't been to this place but have heard from several people (that are good judges of food) that this place is great - not sure about location on/off the strip though. They said the chef's menu/prix fixe was the way to go. It's definitely on my go-to list the next time we go to vegas.

Thanks for the great suggestions! Spago is officially on the list.
I will run the rest by DH and see what he says.
We are not buffet people at all, we are not good at rallying ourselves for more than one helping of something so they are really worthless for us.
I am really looking for a nice restaurant for us to have a romantic dinner at. Spago is where we are planning to eat after doing some shopping a the Forum Shops.
So if anyone can suggest something fancy (prefer no more than $100 a person) that would be awesome.

This is my husband's list:
The best burger is Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay. They eat here multiple times during his boys week. Binion's Steakhouse in Old Vegas, and the Circus Circus Steakhouse on the strip, Samba for Brazillian BBQ in the Mirage, For a snack, check out the crepe stand in Paris. The bananas foster crepe is amazing.
If you like Japanese I'd suggest Nobu in The Hard Rock - it is amazing.

This. I was going to actually message you on FB or gmail to say so. It was really really good. How can you go wrong with Bobby Flay though?
