Good task list app for Droid X?
I'm looking for a good task list app (specially title and then a list of "tasks" underneath)...
Re: Good task list app for Droid X?
I just switched from a Droid to an iPhone... I still have few days left, and I'm contemplating going back to my Droid. I miss it. (I just had the HTC Eris; one of the first Android phones Verizon released.)
anyway...
I loved the TaskKiller. It basically worked like the Task Manager for your computer. When another app would freeze my phone, I could use that to 'force close' (i.e. 'kill') it. It saved a bunch of memory, and therefore battery life, too.
Our Groceries was the other app I used very regularly. You can create your list at home, organize by your own catagories (H and I set it up in order of our grocery store aisles/sections), and just click to 'check' them off your list. It automatically syncs between your computer and multiple phones. (If we forgot something, H could add it on the computer at home while I was at the store, and I'd see it right away, or we could both go shopping together and cross stuff of and the other would see it right away.)
I use the Grocery app as a task list too, actually, because it's so user-friendly.
If you have a mint.com account, they have a pretty good widget, too. As does the Gmail and Gcal stuff.
GasBuddy is another awesome one- it recognizes your location and shows you nearby gas prices.
Shazam is my other favorite. It listens to the song that's playing, and identifies it (and stores it for later.) So if you hear a good song on the radio or at a restaurant, it'll tell you what it is and you can remember to download it when you get home.
