H and I are grabbing dinner @ the restaurant at the hotel we got married at...I cannot wait!! Not on our anniversary (since it falls on a Tues this year), but the Sat night before. Excited!!!

I've been saying "almost two years" for a while now when people ask how long we've been married.  So I'm used to the idea already.  But when I first realized it was coming a month or so ago, it was a jolt.

Wow.  I think it just hit me that Tuesday is March.  WHEN did that happen?  I guess I need to get on the anniversary gift, huh?

Oddly, on our first anniversary I felt like we'd been married about 10 years. This year, it feels more like 5 years. (That's 5 years since we've been married, not 5 years since our first anniversary.)

I am so ready for our anniversary weekend. I need a few nights away more than anything else. We're going to stay in a B&B near my parents' house while they keep Nate. It can't get here fast enough!

H and I were talking about it this past week. It's crazy to think it's been almost two years since we all got married! I feel like - at least for us - so much has happened that we've been married two years going on 10. But that's all in a good way.

The first year took forever for us, which is funny because we lived apart for over a month of that. This past year has flown by though. I keep saying that it's hard to believe we have been back in Iowa for over a year and everything from here on out is the second time around for things.

baby E's due date is a week before our anniversary so we probably won't be doing much. i hope to go out for a nice dinner earlier in march. we'll see!

Pam-Did your DH make comments about no sexy time since we will still be in the six week waiting time?  My DH's bday is the day before our anniversary so he keeps saying how unfair this year is going to be.
