Mortgage brokers
Hey guys, DH and I are wanting to buy a house in the near future and are looking for recommendations for a good mortgage broker in the area. We don't have great credit, but have managed to clean it up and the score is slowly rising. We do have a good income though. I would like someone who isn't going to make me feel like crap about my poor credit history and someone who is able to tell us about first time homebuyer loans and all the other Federal loans available. If any of you have suggestions please pass them along, thanks so much!

We have had great support from Julee Felsman with Equity Home Mortgage. I used her twice, once with my first home and once with our second home.
