Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yay!
I know I'm so boring these days; I either rarely post, or all I talk about is my house hunting...
So I'll be brief...
Our offer on a second house (in a better commute location even) was just accepted last night! So now we begin the process to reach escrow. :-)
Hopefully all goes pretty smoothly; we know there were some renovations done on the house without permits, (who does that??) but it will hopefully be an easy/negotiable thing to resolve.
Thanx for letting me whine to you guys about the first house...and thanx for all the good nestie vibes, they worked pretty fast!
