Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just got out of jury duty!!
I was summoned to go in today in Brooklyn and only had to sit there for about an hour before the guy asked if anyone had already served jury duty in the last 4 years, and i was like 'wait a minute...'. I got summoned when i lived in Queens and went in all day but never got picked for a jury but they considered that 'serving'...and i'm pretty sure that it was less than 4yrs ago... So i asked the guy and he said that i was excused but i had to send a copy of my serving letter with my recent summons. Now i'm home and i found my letter and i'm going to send it in. Hooray!
Although, i'm pretty sure that i would have been excused for being a full time student. And the sad thing is, is that i actually *want* to get picked for a jury!! I just can't do it right now...

I agree...I think it would be pretty cool to be selected, but it's never at a good time. =/
