Does anyone have a recommendation for an honest, reliable company that
does dryer vent cleaning? I think mine needs to be cleaned, and I have
no idea who to call. Thanks!
Re: XP: Dryer Vent Cleaning
Sorry I have no recommendations, but I just used a shop vac and also a homemade rig of wire hangers and a wet towel to get what the shop vac couldn't.
I did find this for ya - http://www.ehow.com/how_2064584_clean-dryer-vent.html
Lauren,
Unfortunately, this isn't something we can do ourselves. Our washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor of our house and the dryer duct goes all the way down to the first floor, then outside.

i know it's weird to call them, but they cleaned my chimneys in the fall time and they also clean dryer vents. they are very honest and did a great job. we will probably use him to clean ours in the summertime.
