Morrisville/Raleigh Realtor/veterinarian recs

Hello ladies.

I posted a few months back about DH and I moving to Morrisville area in 2012/2013 -- it  looks like it will now be sometime in 2011.

Wondering if anyone had

-- any realtor recommendations ? We will be renting first couple of months then looking to buy.

-- any veterinarian recommendations ?

We lived in Morrisville for several years before buying a house in Apex a few months ago. Our realtor was fantastic! She is most familiar with the Cary/morrisville area. Her name is Charlotte Michau. Very friendly and very professional. She showed us tons of houses and answered all of our questions very quickly. She was accommodating when we had to bring our 3 year old to our home inspection---she played with him and showed him pictures of her pets so my husband and I could go around with the inspector. She has come by our house several times with little gifts and trinkets for our son. She is with Coldwell Banker Advantage on High House RD. Www.charlottemichau.com

When we were in Morrisville, we went to VCA Cornerstone.

Then we moved to Cary and went to Northwoods. I liked them a little better than Cornerstone. They were a little more down to earth.

I love our vet now, but it's in Garner.

Ken Capo with Zip Realty. We just closed on our house yesterday. He was really great, no pressure and everything went smoothly. No problems at all. I highly recommend him!

We use Care First Animal Hospital at Grace Park (corner of Davis and Morrisville-Carpenter).  We've seen both of the vets there, and really like them both.  We've been seeing Dr. Strunck for 5 years, Dr. Sumakeris more recently.  I like that it is a smaller office, so that the drs and staff know you by name (Dr. S helped me clean poop off my toddlers shoes once LOL), but because they are attached to the larger Care First group, you have access to any services you need, even if they are not offered at that office.
