I saw your post about The Odd Thomas series. I have always wanted to pick it up but was wondering is it creepy or scary? Like am I going to get the heebee jeebees reading it and not going to be able to sleep with the light off?

It is not scary at all... it is one of the very few books to make me cry at the end!
It is a really good story, with some twists and turns... I guess some people might think it is a little creepy, because of the subject matter (he sees dead people), but Odd is a great character. And the book is not gory or anything.
Another of my favorites by Koontz is "Fear Nothing" and it's sequel "Seize the Night" Christopher Snow is another of his awesome characters
Oh, and any book he writes that has a dog in it is sure to be a good one... the man just knows how to write dogs! LOL
