I'm all about a drama-free workplace.
that's really hard for me because i've only ever had flexible and boring and rigid and boring. obviously flexible and boring is better, but i think if i had a job that really made me excited to go to work and used my brain, i'd be okay with less flexibility.
Flexible but boring. I like to be challenged as little as possible because I'm lazy.
