In my Grandma's 1984 Oldsmobile in the back of the high school parking lot, next to the cattle barn.
I think rum & coke is a good basic drink that you can get pretty much anywhere but if it can be served in a coconut with a tiny sword then I'm usually down with it.
I'd go to Paris to Le Cordon Bleu and do the pastry chef/Gastronomy track.
